We received over 200 nominations and faced the difficult job of narrowing it down to
only 12 finalists from a list of so many talented and inspiring women!
Candidates were evaluated on business impact – how their achievements, initiatives and leadership roles helped to improve
business metrics, drive down risk or avoid costly incidents – and how they gave back or inspired the broader industry.
Jane Ganina is the inaugural recipient of the 'Woman of the Year' award. Jane was brought to Telesat to address the challenges posed by the largest space program in Canada's history and in less than a year, her impact has been nothing short of transformative. In the words of her colleague, "Jane's leadership and vision have not only advanced her company’s goals but have also set a new standard for excellence in supply chain management.”
Mahnoor Khokhar (MK) of Porter Airlines is the inaugural recipient of the 'Young Leader in Supply Chain' award. MK's journey exemplifies perseverance, innovation, and impact. She has not only navigated industry challenges but has also created pathways for others, ensuring that the next generation of women in supply chain and aviation have the mentorship, resources, and confidence to thrive.
The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes a woman who has made noteworthy and exemplary contributions to the supply chain sector over their career. This award was not open to nominations in 2025 as there was no better woman to honor for the inaugural award than interos.ai Founder, Jennifer Bisceglie. Jennifer has paved the way for women in the supply chain and risk management sector, leading by example and breaking barriers.
We honored the winners of our inaugural Women in Supply Chain Awards along with the incredible women at interos.ai in Times Square. Thank you to Nasdaq for the opportunity to once again shine a light on the amazing women in supply chain, risk management and procurement.
The awards were presented at a special award ceremony at the end of
Women’s History Month in March 2025 in Washington, DC on March 25, 2025.
The intimate award ceremony was a inspiring networking lunch, with a fireside panel featuring
former CISA Chief of Staff, Kiersten E. Todt and interos.ai's Yardley Pohl and Jennifer Bisceglie.
